This project demonstrates a thorough UI/UX design journey, starting from ideation and wireframing to high-level design. It involves collaborating with a skilled team to create a comprehensive platform tailored for a gym business model. The platform seamlessly integrates features like client onboarding, batch and payment management, class scheduling, and more.
The existing manual method for the gym-type business model lacked efficient client onboarding, batch management, and payment management features, leading to administrative challenges and a suboptimal user experience for both staff and clients.

During the ideation phase, we explored innovative solutions to address the diverse needs of gym businesses and their clients. Below are the ideation process images of an onboarded client's profile.
The finalized paper sketches were transformed into low-fidelity wireframes. Below are examples of the dashboard, onboarded client lists (inspired by the simplicity of contact apps), and client profiles.
After incorporating feedback from the wireframing phase and making several iterations during the design phase, we achieved the final outcomes. We selected a theme that offers a simple yet modern aesthetic. The user flow has been carefully designed so that each task can be completed in approximately 3-4 clicks, ensuring an efficient and intuitive user experience. Below are the final designs reflecting these considerations.
